-Proven success generating new business while growing and managing existing client relationships.
-Experience developing and executing territory plans and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales tracking.
-Ability to travel frequently throughout an assigned territory and maintain a valid driver's license.
-Highly motivated, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and outside sales experience.

Compensation
This permanent position offers a base salary of $85,000–$110,000+ plus commission, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional standard employee benefits.
