How to get started
Complete your employer profile
Set up your profile with as much detail as possible. Add your company logo, organization information, and a brief introduction about yourself so candidates can get a sense of who you are as a hiring manager or future teammate.

Choose how you’d like to stay updated throughout the hiring process. You can receive new candidate matches instantly or in a daily summary, and control how often you get alerts from candidates or feedback from your teammates. Set your notification preferences in the way that helps you manage your workflow most effectively.

Add your team & invite coworkers
You’ll find it helpful to organize your coworkers into hiring teams, enabling everyone to review, message, and interview candidates more efficiently. Adding additional users to collaborate on searches, comment on profiles, or work together to source and hire talent comes at no extra cost. Simply add team members to invite them to your hiring team. We’ve already created some common user roles for you and granted the permissions we think they’ll need.

To find the best talent for your organization, start by navigating to the Hire Now section of the AccountMakers platform. Use the advanced search filters to specify the skills, experience, and qualifications you need. You can also use keywords related to your industry or job requirements. This targeted approach ensures that you only see candidates who meet your criteria, making the search process both efficient and effective.

Post your open job
Post your open role, and we’ll source candidates who meet your criteria, both from within our platform and through proactive off-platform recruiting. Our team identifies qualified talent and delivers their profiles directly to your inbox so you never miss strong candidates for your sales, customer success, or support roles.

Leverage automated matching
When your job goes live, you’ll benefit from AccountMakers’ automated matching engine, which continuously scans the talent pool and alerts you as new candidates who meet your criteria become available. You’ll only see top matches,those who align most closely with your role requirements.
