AccountMakers is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS technology company that is expanding its channel and partner strategy to accelerate revenue growth. This organization delivers cloud-based software solutions that help enterprise customers improve efficiency, modernize operations, and scale digital transformation. They are now looking for a Channel Sales Manager to own and expand partner-led revenue across a growing ecosystem of technology partners, resellers, and strategic alliances.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a high-impact channel function—building strong relationships with partners, enabling them to successfully position and sell the company’s SaaS solutions, and driving measurable revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the company scales through indirect sales, while also collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize channel performance. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with occasional travel for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
-Own and grow relationships with technology partners, resellers, systems integrators, and referral partners.


-Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across SaaS subscription and enterprise deals.


-Enable partners through training, certifications, tools, and go-to-market support to increase performance.


-Lead co-selling initiatives with partners across strategic accounts and enterprise opportunities.


-Manage and forecast partner pipeline activity, ensuring visibility into channel-driven revenue.


-Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to align channel strategy with overall go-to-market goals.


-Optimize partner programs, incentives, and engagement models to improve channel productivity.


-Support joint account planning, deal structuring, and expansion opportunities within key partner accounts.

What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.


-Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth.


-Strong understanding of channel sales models including resellers, referral partners, and strategic alliances.


-Experience managing both partner-sourced and direct sales pipelines with revenue accountability.


-Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles, enterprise procurement, and subscription-based revenue models (ARR/MRR).


-Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with a data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.


-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and external partners.


-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with evolving priorities and expansion goals.

Compensation
On-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $170,000–$210,000+, with a base salary range of $110,000–$140,000. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional company perks.
