How does AccountMakers use AI and automation in its hiring platform?

AccountMakers uses AI and automation to support faster hiring, with real human recruiters working on every job and making candidate presentation decisions. Built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), our platform combines proprietary candidate matching technology, automated talent acquisition tasks such as messaging and job distribution, recruiting workflow automation, and technology integrations, including a single large language model (LLM) used selectively to support administrative tasks, recruiter performance, screening question creation, job alerts, and modern workflow automation. We employ our technology strategically, with human oversight at the forefront and thoughtful processes designed to follow hiring best practices and applicable legal standards.

These capabilities help connect candidates with relevant job opportunities, invite candidates to apply directly, and suggest screening questions for employers’ job postings. Employers remain in control of their job requirements and can review, edit, and approve AI-suggested screening questions before using them.

Every decision to present a candidate is made by a human recruiter. Automated application invitations encourage candidates to explore relevant opportunities. An invitation does not mean a candidate has been selected for presentation or offered a position. Our human recruiters determine which candidates to present, and employers make their final hiring decisions.

Automation also supports reference-checking workflows by helping coordinate requests, follow-up, and the collection of reference information for human review. Platform integrations simplify candidate background-check and onboarding activities, reducing manual coordination and making it easier to complete required steps. These tools support administrative processes while keeping people responsible for reviewing information and making decisions.

We use AI and automation thoughtfully to reduce administrative work, support timely communication, and give our human recruiters more time to focus on employers and candidates.
