Talent can find work on our platform at no cost.

Employers may hire talent through AccountMakers at the listed hourly rates. However, AccountMakers does not guarantee temporary staffing outcomes, hiring results, worker performance, or the quality of talent selected by the employer. Employers are responsible for reviewing, interviewing, selecting, and determining whether each candidate is the right fit for their needs. No guarantee applies to temporary staff hired through the platform or to talent converted from temporary to direct employment.

30-Day Direct Hire Guarantee

AccountMakers offers a 30-day direct hire guarantee for direct placements.

If the client terminates the talent’s employment, or if the talent voluntarily ends their employment within the first 30 days, AccountMakers will provide a platform credit equal to the original direct hire fee paid.

This credit may be applied toward a future direct hire fee or a temporary-to-permanent conversion fee. It cannot be applied to temporary hourly charges and is not refundable.

This guarantee applies only to individual performance-related separations. It does not apply to layoffs, position eliminations, organizational restructuring, budget changes, or other business decisions unrelated to individual performance.

Clients must request the credit within 14 days of the termination date. Any approved credit must be used within 180 days of the termination date.
