This is a full-time permanent position available for immediate hire, focused on identifying qualified prospects, managing outbound outreach, and fueling top-of-funnel activity to support revenue growth.

Position Details

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and excited to break into the fintech space? Our client is a venture-backed company delivering innovative financial infrastructure solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. They are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to research accounts, build prospect lists, execute outbound campaigns, and ensure the sales team is equipped with high-quality leads.

In this role, you’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify decision-makers, craft targeted messaging, and maintain clean records of outreach and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to refine audience segmentation, test messaging strategies, and contribute directly to the health of the pipeline.

This is a foundational role within the go-to-market team, offering the opportunity to learn sales operations, outbound strategy, and growth marketing in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or outbound prospecting (internships welcome).

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.

Strong research skills and attention to detail when identifying target accounts and contacts.

Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Ability to write concise, personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, etc.).

Organized and consistent in managing outreach workflows, tasks, and follow-ups.

Curious, coachable, and eager to develop within a sales or marketing career track.

Interest in fintech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems is a plus.

Compensation

This permanent role offers a base salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses tied to lead quality, volume, and sales pipeline contribution. The role includes benefits, sales enablement tools, and opportunities for advancement into SDR or growth marketing roles.

Position Details

Are you passionate about building partnerships at the intersection of technology and financial services? Our client is a venture-backed fintech company delivering modern payment, lending, and financial infrastructure solutions to businesses nationwide. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and grow key accounts within the fintech ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll lead partnership development efforts, manage a growing pipeline of opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements that accelerate adoption of the platform. You’ll work closely with product, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives and ensure partner success. This role requires a strong balance of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution in regulated, high-trust environments.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with regulated products and coordinating with legal or compliance teams

Collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally with product, compliance, and marketing teams
