This permanent role is responsible for building pipeline, qualifying leads, and driving outbound sales activity to fuel company growth.

As an SDR, you will manage outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities. You will research accounts, personalize outreach, and track engagement in the CRM system. You’ll also collaborate closely with account executives to hand off qualified leads and continuously refine messaging and strategy.

This role is fast-paced and metrics-driven, with clear goals for outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into closing roles within the sales organization.

What We’re Looking For:

-1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience (internships count).
