Position Details

Are you an experienced problem-solver who excels at handling complex customer issues with professionalism and accuracy? We are building a talent pool of Senior Customer Support Representatives to match with hiring partners seeking leaders in customer service and advanced support functions.

Senior representatives will manage escalated inquiries, resolve complex billing and account issues, support troubleshooting workflows, guide junior team members, and serve as a point of contact for high-priority customers. Responsibilities may include handling multi-channel communications (phone, chat, email), overseeing retention or upsell support, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams for timely resolutions. You will ensure compliance with client-specific service level agreements and contribute to process improvements across support operations.

These roles are metrics-driven and often require strong judgment in de-escalation, prioritization, and managing high-volume queues. Depending on the hiring client, you may participate in knowledge base development, trend identification, QA reviews, team coaching, and feedback loops that help refine product and operational workflows.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in technical or customer-facing support.

2–4+ years of customer service, call center, support, or escalation experience; prior experience in a senior, lead, or escalation-focused support role strongly preferred.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle complex or sensitive customer scenarios.

Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with gathering data, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends if required by the hiring client.

Experience supporting billing systems, subscription platforms, payment processors, or technical troubleshooting environments is a plus.

Comfort mentoring junior representatives or assisting with team-level workflows such as QA, training, or documentation.

Typical base pay for the Phoenix, Arizona market ranges from $48,000 to $62,000+ annually, plus performance-based bonuses or incentives.
