Position Details
Are you a strategic relationship builder who thrives at the intersection of client growth and retention? We are building a talent pool of Senior Customer Success Managers to support enterprise and mid-market clients based in Los Angeles and New York City. In these roles, you’ll own the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with account management, product, and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include leading business reviews (QBRs), managing success plans, driving product adoption through training and insights, identifying upsell opportunities, and proactively mitigating churn risk through data-driven engagement. You will maintain an active pulse on client health using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gainsight, while collaborating with internal teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
Some opportunities may require occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, or team offsites.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of customer success, account management, or client strategy experience within SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with measurable impact on retention and growth metrics.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect product capabilities to client ROI.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) a plus.
Experience leading QBRs, success plans, and cross-functional initiatives to improve adoption and renewals.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and renewal outcomes.
Skilled at managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and navigating complex account structures across multiple business units.
Availability to work Pacific or Eastern Time business hours depending on client coverage.

Compensation
Typical base pay ranges from $90,000 to $130,000+ annually, with additional bonuses or variable compensation tied to retention and expansion performance.
