Position Details

Do you have a proven record of generating new business and expanding enterprise client accounts? Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own the sales process, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable growth in highly competitive markets.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, prospect and qualify enterprise accounts, and manage long-cycle deal negotiations. You’ll partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging and value propositions, while also working closely with leadership to shape the overall sales strategy. The role requires someone comfortable with building executive-level relationships, navigating complex buying groups, and positioning SaaS solutions that solve critical business challenges.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, consultative, and experienced in enterprise SaaS sales. While this role is remote, you must reside in the New York City metro area to maintain a strong local presence with clients and prospects.

What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management.

Proven success selling SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise-level organizations.

Strong ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close complex, high-value deals.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence executive decision-makers.

Comfortable working independently while aligning with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

This permanent position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives and commission opportunities tied to revenue growth.
