Position Details

Are you a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on consultative selling and relationship building? We are building a talent pool of Sales Representatives to join fast-growing organizations across Los Angeles and New York. In these roles, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, negotiations, and closing deals, with a focus on driving revenue and long-term client partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, optimize outreach strategies through CRM data, and represent innovative solutions that help clients achieve measurable results. Top performers are strategic, persuasive communicators who excel at understanding customer pain points and mapping value-based solutions.

These positions are measured by pipeline generation, revenue performance, and client satisfaction. You’ll receive structured onboarding that includes product and market training, CRM workflow setup, and weekly performance coaching.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of B2B inside or outside sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services.

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative or solution-based selling.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident executive presence.

Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.

Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Organized and data-driven, with attention to follow-ups, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.

Skilled in conducting virtual or in-person product demos and presentations.

Collaborative mindset, able to partner with marketing and account management to drive client success.

Curious and proactive in learning new products, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

Able to work full-time on-site in either Los Angeles or New York City, depending on client placement.

Compensation

Typical base pay ranges from $65,000 to $95,000+ annually, with uncapped commission potential depending on client and territory. Exact compensation varies by hiring client, industry, and seniority.
