Sales Manager – Los Angeles or New York City (Hybrid)

Position Details
Are you a driven sales leader who excels at motivating teams and delivering revenue growth? We are building a talent pool of Sales Managers who will oversee frontline sellers, manage pipelines, and execute go-to-market strategies for clients in technology-driven sectors. In these roles, you will lead a team of account executives and sales development representatives to achieve and exceed quotas. Responsibilities include conducting pipeline reviews, forecasting revenue, optimizing sales processes, and coaching team members to improve performance. You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align messaging, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Sales Managers are expected to bring a data-informed approach to decision-making, leverage CRM insights for forecasting and performance management, and contribute to territory planning and expansion strategies. Many of these roles offer hybrid work flexibility, with regular in-person collaboration days in Los Angeles or New York City offices.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Experience managing full sales cycles and developing go-to-market strategies.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level polish.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
Skilled at identifying process bottlenecks and implementing scalable sales enablement or automation tools to improve team efficiency.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive positioning to refine territory and account strategies.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Based in or willing to commute regularly to Los Angeles or New York; able to work hybrid with occasional in-office meetings.

Compensation
Typical base pay ranges from $100,000 to $140,000+ annually, with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $200,000+ depending on client, territory, and team performance. Compensation packages may include equity, performance bonuses, and benefits. Roles often offer career pathways into senior sales leadership or revenue operations.
