Sales Analyst – Los Angeles, Remote

Position Details
Are you a data-driven thinker who turns sales data into actionable insights? We are building a talent pool of Sales Analysts to support revenue teams in Los Angeles. In these roles, you will build and maintain dashboards and pipeline reports, analyze sales performance and funnel metrics, model territory coverage and quota plans, and provide recommendations to improve win rates and forecast accuracy. You will partner closely with Sales Ops, finance, and sales leadership to run weekly forecasting cadence, perform ad hoc analysis on campaigns and experiments, and ensure CRM data integrity and pipeline hygiene.
These positions are measured by improvements in forecasting accuracy, pipeline velocity, and data-driven decisions that increase revenue efficiency. You will work with analytics and sales tools (Salesforce or HubSpot, Looker/Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, Outreach/SalesLoft) and follow a structured ramp that includes data access setup, business-context briefings, and stakeholder interviews. Roles vary by client and may be remote, hybrid, or on-site in the Los Angeles area; occasional local travel or flexible hours may be required to support stakeholder meetings.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence experience supporting revenue teams.
Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Proven ability to translate data into clear recommendations and dashboards for sales leaders.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience ensuring data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
Comfort working with large datasets, building forecasts, and running A/B or campaign analyses.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with quota modeling, territory analysis, or compensation analytics is a plus.
Able to work Pacific Time business hours and meet client scheduling needs.

Compensation
Typical base pay ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 annually, with many roles offering performance bonuses tied to business impact. Exact compensation varies by hiring client, seniority, and technical scope. Many positions include benefits and opportunities to advance into senior Sales Ops, RevOps, or analytics leadership roles.
