Are you an accomplished sales professional with proven experience selling cloud computing, network infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions? AccountMakers has been engaged by our client, a fast-growing cloud and infrastructure solutions provider, to hire a Regional Sales Director to support revenue growth, strengthen enterprise client relationships, and expand market reach across the region.

This role is ideal for a sales leader with a strong background in complex B2B technology sales, including cloud services, compute, networking, connectivity, data center, managed infrastructure, or related solutions. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, managing a strong sales pipeline, and working closely with technical and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.


As Regional Sales Director, you will:

-Drive new business and account growth across cloud computing, infrastructure, networking, and enterprise technology solutions.

-Build relationships with enterprise clients, technology leaders, channel partners, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other key decision-makers.

-Develop regional account plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage sales activity from prospecting through close.

-Leverage existing industry relationships and market knowledge to build pipeline and accelerate revenue opportunities.

-Partner with solutions engineers, technical architects, and internal leadership to align client needs with the appropriate technology solutions.

-Manage forecasting, territory planning, pipeline development, and revenue targets with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

-Present complex technical solutions in a clear, business-focused manner to executive and technical stakeholders.

-Negotiate enterprise contracts, service agreements, and long-term client partnerships.

-Stay informed on cloud, infrastructure, networking, and enterprise technology trends to support consultative sales conversations.

-Represent the company in client meetings, partner discussions, industry events, and regional business development activities.

This position requires direct experience selling cloud computing, infrastructure, networking, compute, data center, managed services, or closely related enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical sales acumen, executive-level communication skills, and a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a competitive B2B technology environment.


What We’re Looking For:

-8–15 years of progressive B2B sales experience, including direct experience selling cloud computing, network infrastructure, data center, managed services, cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology solutions.

-Proven success developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market clients.

-Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, compute, networking, connectivity, security, storage, virtualization, and managed technology services.

-Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, channel partners, and executive-level stakeholders.

-Established network of enterprise technology contacts, channel relationships, or regional market connections that can support pipeline development.

-Strong business development, territory management, account planning, and consultative selling experience.

-Ability to manage a disciplined sales process, including pipeline generation, forecasting, CRM activity, quarterly targets, and long sales cycles.

-Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.

-Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
This hybrid leadership position offers an OTE of $200,000–$275,000+ annually with a base salary of $120,000–$160,000+, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
