Position Details

Are you a proven sales executive who thrives on building high-performing teams and driving sustainable revenue growth? We are building a talent pool of Chief Sales Officers to lead go-to-market strategy and sales execution for our clients headquartered in Los Angeles and New York. In these leadership roles, you will own the company’s overall revenue strategy, from pipeline generation and forecasting to deal execution, retention, and expansion.

As Chief Sales Officer, you will define sales processes, manage and mentor regional and national teams, and establish key performance metrics for revenue operations. You will partner closely with marketing, customer success, and finance leaders to ensure alignment across all revenue channels and create a scalable sales engine that supports long-term growth.

These positions are measured by year-over-year revenue growth, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will work with core sales and productivity tools (Salesforce or HubSpot, Gong, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom) and lead structured initiatives such as territory planning, sales enablement, and strategic account development. Roles vary by client and may be fully remote, hybrid, or require occasional in-person meetings in Los Angeles or New York City.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive (VP or CSO) roles.

Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Strong expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM analytics (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer acquisition strategies, and competitive positioning to inform long-term revenue planning.

Skilled in using data and performance metrics to refine go-to-market execution, improve conversion rates, and optimize team performance.

Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with marketing, customer success, and finance teams.

Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strategic and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate growth goals into actionable plans.

Experience leading distributed or hybrid sales teams and operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Compensation

Typical total compensation ranges from $250,000 to $400,000 annually, including base salary and performance-based incentives. Exact compensation varies by hiring client and scope of responsibility.
