AccountMakers has been engaged by our client, a fast-growing SaaS solutions company in the Austin metro area, to hire an Account Executive. This full-time role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding revenue across a growing customer base.
Position Details
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a track record of closing deals in fast-paced environments? Our client is seeking an Account Executive to identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and present tailored SaaS solutions that help organizations streamline operations.
In this role, you’ll handle prospecting, deliver product demos, negotiate terms, and work with account management to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. You’ll also collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and with leadership to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate combines motivation, consultative selling skills, and a strong grasp of the Austin tech landscape.
This position is based in Austin, Texas, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work depending on experience.
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of sales or account management experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B tech
Strong record of meeting or surpassing quotas
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder deals
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical product features into clear business outcomes for prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment
Growth mindset with a willingness to test new approaches, tools, and messaging

Compensation
This permanent position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions, depending on experience and performance history.
