How do I use the search filters to find talent?
Discovering the right talent for your sales, support, or success roles is easier than ever with AccountMakers’s comprehensive search filters:
- Navigate to the top of the platform and select Find Talent.
- Under Your current search, there are three main search focuses to get you started:

- Job title: Choose Temporary, Permanent, or Temp & Perm to specify the type of employment for your search. Use the search bar to enter the job title and any other synonymous job titles that could match the talent you seek.
- Keywords: Refine your search by adding specific experience-related keywords such as software, applications, certifications, duties/responsibilities, etc.
- Talent location: Input the desired location(s) from which you wish to hire talent (New York, Los Angeles, etc.).
- Hit the Search button to see results.
- To further refine your talent search, select the Advanced filters button to set additional criteria such as:
- Industry experience
- Worksite type (remote, on-site, hybrid)
- Open to contract-to-hire
- Open to relocation
- Annual revenue quota
- Avg. deal size
- Compensation (Hourly rates or Annual salary)
- Years of experience
- Education level
- Languages
