Am I a fit?
Interim roles in sales aren’t just for C-level leaders. Sales professionals at all levels step in to drive revenue, launch go-to-market initiatives, stabilize teams during transitions, and cover extended leaves. Assignments typically run from a few months up to a year.
Seasoned Sales Executives: Provide continuity when a senior sales leader departs and guide teams through transitions. Ideal for launching a new product or territory, realigning go-to-market strategy, or stabilizing performance during change. Examples: Interim Chief Sales Officer, VP of Sales, Head of Regional Sales.
Sales ops managers & contributors: Run timebound revenue initiatives and operational projects. Typical work includes CRM migrations, sales process redesign, territory rollouts, campaign activation, and ramping new teams. Examples: Sales Operations Manager, Implementation Lead, Revenue Project Manager.
Specialists: Tackle focused problems that unblock reps and improve outcomes. Common assignments include quota relief, sales enablement rollouts, pricing and quoting support, renewals drives, and short-term account coverage. Examples: Sales Enablement Specialist, Renewals Specialist, Quoting/Proposal Specialist.
Most organizations aren’t equipped to hire temp, interim or fractional employees on a W2 basis. With the help of our employer of record (EOR) partner, we make this possible by employing you directly and assigning you back to the companies who need your help… at zero cost to you.
Onboard as a W2 employee
Our employer of record (EOR) partner will get you set up with all the usual HR stuff like I-9 verification, payroll, and (optional) health benefits.
Get paid weekly
No more sending invoices or chasing down payments. Submit your hours for review and our EOR partner will process your payroll – every week.
Breeze through tax season
Forget all the 1099s. Our EOR partner will send you a single W2 tax document at year’s end, no matter how many jobs you worked through us.
Common questions
Simply create a free profile from the link at the top of this page. You’ll receive a notification once your profile has been reviewed and accepted (usually within three business days). Once approved, it will appear in the search results for employers seeking your skills and experience. You’ll then receive a notification whenever an employer messages you, invites you to interview with them, or sends you an offer of employment. In the coming months, we’ll also be adding the ability for job seekers to find employers within our network and apply for roles that match their skills, experience, and career ambitions.
You’ll be able to set your own rate on your talent profile. For interim/fractional roles, this will be your desired hourly rate. For direct/permanent roles, this will be your desired annual compensation. If you’re open to either type of employment, you’re more than welcome to check the box for both and set both an hourly and annual rate.
The common advice for transitioning from full-time employment to interim and fractional work is to tap your existing professional network and let one referral lead to the next. That works well for some, particularly those with strong sales and marketing skills, and those who are great at keeping in touch with their networks.
For the rest of us, this isn’t so easy. And every minute spent building a website, building a network, and pitching prospective clients is a minute that isn’t spent doing what you do best and, in turn, earning an income.
To help, we’ve made it easy for clients to find you, interview you, and make you an offer right on the platform. You’ll become our W2 employee, so you’ll be paid weekly without having to chase payments. You can opt into health benefits once you’ve been on a job for 30 days. And you don’t have to mess with quarterly taxes or a slew of 1099 forms.
No, not anymore! Prior to #2020, companies did mainly seek executives for interim and fractional leadership roles, but a lot has changed since then. Organizations are increasingly hiring skilled professionals at every level for critical roles intended to last from 6 months to a year. And those roles can be full-time or part-time (“fractional”).
It’s entirely FREE for job seekers to create a profile and use the platform. Plus, unlike most freelancer platforms, we do NOT take a cut of your income. Instead, employers are billed a markup on your rate, which covers all the usual payroll taxes plus a small fee to administer it on their behalf.
That said, we do charge a small one-time fee of $2.99 to OPTIONALLY verify your identity. While this verification is optional (for now), it is highly recommended. Employment fraud has become an unfortunate reality, so identity verification has become common practice for companies and agencies across the staffing industry. If you do choose to participate (and we hope you do!) then, once verified, you will get a nifty badge on your profile that lets employers know that you are who you say you are. This is the only fee we will ever charge to job seekers, and it just covers our costs to offer this service — we do not profit from it. Meanwhile, everyone benefits from making the platform safe for job seekers and employers alike.
More and more, companies are augmenting their traditional workforce of “permanent employees” with temporary, interim, and fractional employees to fill skills gaps and drive company initiatives. Creating a Talent profile is the first step to getting in front of those companies and landing your next role.
