You’ll be able to set your own rate on your talent profile. For interim/fractional roles, this will be your desired hourly rate. For direct/permanent roles, this will be your desired annual compensation. If you’re open to either type of employment, you’re more than welcome to check the box for both and set both an hourly and annual rate.

If you do choose to participate (and we hope you do!) then, once verified, you will get a nifty badge on your profile that lets employers know that you are who you say you are. This is the only fee we will ever charge to job seekers, and it just covers our costs to offer this service — we do not profit from it.
